By accessing or using GEOStrategy.Pro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
GEOStrategy.Pro provides tools and services for monitoring, analyzing, and improving how artificial intelligence systems represent brands and businesses. Our services include website diagnostics, AI visibility tracking, content recommendations, and related features as described on our platform.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
4. AI Brand Snapshot Service and Payment
4.1 Service Offering
GEOStrategy.Pro currently offers AI Brand Snapshot as a one-time paid service. Each AI Brand Snapshot is a comprehensive analysis report that documents how artificial intelligence systems (including ChatGPT and other AI platforms) represent your brand at a specific point in time.
4.2 Pricing and Payment
AI Brand Snapshot is priced at $497 USD per brand analysis. This is a one-time payment with no recurring charges or subscription fees. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method.
4.3 Delivery and Fulfillment
AI Brand Snapshot reports are manually fulfilled by our team during the beta phase. Typical delivery time is 3-5 business days from payment confirmation. You will receive your completed report as a downloadable PDF via email and through your account dashboard. Reports are generated using live queries to AI systems via the OpenAI API (ChatGPT) and other platforms as available.
4.4 Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of AI Brand Snapshot reports and the immediate execution of live AI queries upon purchase, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once report generation has begun. 4.5 Beta Pricing
Current pricing reflects beta status and may change as the platform evolves. Customers who purchase during beta will receive the service at the current advertised price. Future price changes will not affect completed purchases.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without written permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
- Share your account credentials with others
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Platform Ownership
The Platform, including all content, features, functionality, software, and design, is owned by GEOStrategy.Pro and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.
6.2 Trademark Protection
GeoStrategy™ and AI Brand Snapshot™ are proprietary trademarks of GEOStrategy.Pro. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation of these marks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. You may not use our trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without our prior written consent.
6.3 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property, trademarks, or proprietary methodologies.
6.4 Prohibited Uses
You expressly agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the Platform or its content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
- Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission
- Resell, redistribute, or white-label our services or reports
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
6.5 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform (brand information, URLs, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content solely to provide our services.
6.6 AI Brand Snapshot Reports
AI Brand Snapshot reports generated by the Platform are provided for your internal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from these reports without a separate written agreement. The methodologies, frameworks, and analysis techniques used to generate reports are proprietary to GEOStrategy.Pro.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations
7.1 Beta Status
The Platform is currently in beta. Features may change, and some functionality may be incomplete or contain errors. We make no guarantees about availability, reliability, or accuracy.
7.2 No Guarantees
We provide diagnostic and recommendation services but do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or visibility improvements. AI platform behavior is outside our control, and results may vary.
7.3 Third-Party Platforms
Our services involve monitoring third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude). We are not affiliated with these platforms and cannot control their behavior, policies, or outputs.
7.4 "As Is" Service
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEOSTRATEGY.PRO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the Platform
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your data
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Platform
- Any errors or omissions in content or reports
- Any actions taken based on recommendations provided by the Platform
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GEOStrategy.Pro, Ryan J Brennan, and our affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.
12.2 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GEOStrategy.Pro operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.3 Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GEOStrategy.Pro regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
