Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our platform, please notify our designated copyright agent with the following information:
Required Information
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it on our platform
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email address)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our copyright agent. A counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction in your district
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed content after 10 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking a restraining order.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, GEOStrategy.Pro has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the platform and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

GeoStrategy™ and AI Brand Snapshot™ are proprietary trademarks of GEOStrategy.Pro. If you believe someone is using our trademarks in an unauthorized or confusing manner, please contact us using the same contact information above with "Trademark Infringement" in the subject line.
False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. We reserve the right to seek damages from any party that submits a notification or counter-notification in bad faith.
Response Time
We will review all properly submitted DMCA notices and respond within 5-10 business days. Incomplete or improperly formatted notices may be rejected or require resubmission.
