IP Lookup: Each incoming request's IP address is looked up using ip-api.com to determine the country of origin.
Blocking Rules: If the country is in the blocked list, the request is immediately rejected with a 403 Forbidden error.
Whitelisted IPs: IP addresses in the whitelist bypass all geolocation checks.
Cache: Geolocation lookups are cached for 24 hours to improve performance.
